OFFICE SCHEDULE CHANGES
Miami:
- All of Caribtrans Miami, including our warehouse, will be closed Friday December 31, 2021 in observance of the New Year holiday. We will reopen Monday, January 3rd, 2022.
Antigua:
- Our Caribtrans Antigua Office will be open 8am-12pm Friday, December 31st. The office is closed Monday, January 3rd.
St. Lucia:
- Our Caribtrans St. Lucia Office will be open 8am-12pm Friday, December 31st The office is closed Monday, January 3rd.
St. Maarten:
- Our Caribtrans St. Maarten Office will be open 8am-12pm on Friday, December 31st.
For the operating days and hours of our other Caribtrans agent offices, please contact your representative directly.
VESSEL SCHEDULE CHANGES
- For New Year's week, the Friday sailings to St. Maarten & St. Thomas will be cancelled.
TRUCKING CHANGES:
- Spots and Pick-Ups will be handled as normal on Monday, December 27, 2021 and Tuesday, December 28, 2021.
- There will be NO spots on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 or Thursday, December 30, 2021.
- There will ONLY be Pick-Ups on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 and Thursday, December 30, 2021.
CUT-OFFS FOR LESS THAN CONTAINER LOAD (LCL) CARGO AND DOCUMENTATION & FULL CONTAINER LOAD (FCL) CARGO LINER PORTS:
(ANTIGUA, BELIZE, DOMINICA, GRENADA, GUYANA, SABA, ST BARTH, ST EUSTATIUS, ST KITTS, ST LUCIA, ST MAARTEN, ST THOMAS, ST VINCENT, TRINIDAD)
- For Wednesday, December 29, 2021 sailings, the CARGO &DOCUMENTATION cut-off is Monday, December 27, 2021 by 4:00 p.m..
- For Thursday, December 30, 2021 sailings, the CARGO & DOCUMENTATION cut-off is Tuesday, December 28, 2021 by 12:00 p.m..
- For the BELIZE sailing on Friday, December 30, 2021,theCARGO & DOCUMENTATION cut-off is Wednesday, December 29, 2021 by 12:00 Noon.
