Due to the rising cost of pallets, including high demand, rising lumber costs and minimal repositioning of packaging materials due to strained trucking capacities, effective August 15, 2021, Caribtrans will be implementing a US$ 10.00 Pallet Charge for LCL Cargo delivered to our LCL Terminal Facilities/CFS Cargo Receiving Locations in the Continental United States (Atlanta, Houston, Jacksonville, Los Angeles, New Jersey, New York, and Miami).
Cargo delivered to these facilities must be palletized at the time of receipt. This per pallet charge will apply when cargo is delivered to our warehouse without a Shipper or Supplier provided pallet.
