Pre-Booking your shipment is required prior to delivery of your vehicle to Caribtrans Logistics Miami or to the Port of Palm Beach (PPB). Vehicles are shipped on a space-available basis. Please contact our Miami office at (305)-696-1200 or VehiclesVIP@Caribtrans.com to request a Booking Number or to obtain a Rate Quote.
When shipping vehicles, please remember:
- All correct and complete documents must be sent to the vehicle coordinator (see "Vehicle Checklist" below)
- Documentation will be submitted to the ocean carrier for approval.
- Once the OK has been received, the vehicle can be delivered to Caribtrans or to PPB.

☐Original title or color copy front and back.
☐Copy of Bill of Sales or Invoice.
☐EIN # or Federal Id from dealer/seller.
☐Power of Attorney signed in blue ink.
☐Color copy of passport or driver's license.
DOCUMENATION REQUIRED FOR PUERTO RICO & USVI SHIPMENTS
☐Title Copy front and back.
☐Copy of Bill of Sales or Invoice.
☐EIN # or Federal Id from dealer/seller.
☐Color copy of passport or driver's license.
REQUIREMENTS
☐ Fuel ¼ or less.
☐ Shipper Letter of Instructions (SLI).
☐ Insurance Waiver, if not insuring.
☐ IMO (Hazardous declaration) on hand.
