Except as otherwise provided in individual Rate Items, all shipments

moving on the Rates named in this Tariff Section are SBJ to the

applicable BUNKER or FUEL SURCHARGE named below, which charge shall be

in addition to all other applicable charges.

 

BETWEEN Ports and Points in the United States and Puerto Rico, on the

              one hand,

     AND     Ports and Points in the U.S. Virgin Islands, on the other

              (published for informational purposes only in connection

              with Time-Volume Rates named in this Tariff)

     the BAF will be:

  

  1. On LCL or AQ Shipments (Not applicable on shipments in Barrels):

   

    i.  From/To/Thru all United States Ports, EAN:

{CR}         US$ 0.91 per cft or US$ 1.82 per 100 lbs.,

             whichever produces the greater revenue.,

             SBJ to a Minimum Charge of US$7.50 per B/L
