RULE: 10.35 - SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT SURCHARGES    

Effective 1/20/16         

 

Except when Rates are published to apply on shipments moving in the Specialized Equipment named below, rates applying on all shipments moving in/on such Specialized Equipment will be SBJ to the following Special Equipment Surcharge:          

 

    SHIPMENTS MOVING IN OR ON:   

   1.  Atmospheric Controlled, Drop Frame, Garment-On-Hanger, Insulated or Refrigerated, Open Top, Tank, Top Loader or Vehicle Rack Equipment WILL BE SBJ TO A SPECIAL EQUIPMENT SURCHARGE OF:            US$ 300.00 Per Unit        

 

   2. Flat Bed or Rack    

    WILL BE SBJ TO A SPECIAL EQUIPMENT SURCHARGE OF:     

 

       US$ 300.00 Per Unit
